Statistics show recent progress in Iraq

The Brookings Institution publishes the weekly Iraq Index, a statistical evaluation of reconstruction efforts in Iraq. The most recent report shows that civilian deaths and attacks on coalition forces are down and that Internet service and cell phone use are up.
